Hire Conditions
Terms & Conditions of Hire:
- Machines are supplied on a self-drive basis on a minimum charge 50 hours worked per week, all hours above this are charged at pro-rata of weekly rate.
- Machines are supplied on an operated basis on a minimum charge 50 hours worked per week, all hours above this are charged at pro-rata of weekly rate.
- All equipment is hired under Modified CPA Model conditions of hire copy available here: CPA Modified Terms and Conditions
- Where there is conflict between the CPA Model Conditions of Hire and this agreement the terms in this agreement shall prevail.
- Minimum 1 weeks hire charged for all items.
- Minimum 4 weeks hire on all GPS equipment, unless otherwise stated or agreed. Additional, charges may apply if minimum term is not met.
- All fuel is the responsibility of the customer.
- Tyre damage and punctures are the responsibility of the customer.
- Replacement and wear of ground engaging equipment will be chargeable to the customer.
- Payment terms will be strictly net 30 days from end of month of invoice.
- A minimum of 1 weeks notice is required to request a hire suspension in relation to a bank holiday. The hire period will be billed as normal (as per contract) should a request with required notice not be submitted.
- In order to ensure hires comply with HMRC legislation, Bennie Plant requires confirmation of VAT Registration, CIS and End User Status is a requirement of any operated hire.
